Since their inception, the Rockford 4th of July and Festival of Lights Committees have been committed to making these events community-focused and community-financed through donations. NO TAX DOLLARS are used for these celebrations. Our grateful thanks go to the countless many who've supported these events through their generous giving and sacrificial volunteer support.
